Frisco Police Remind Motorists of School Zone Speed Limits and New State Law Banning the Use of Hand Held Cell Phones in School Zones

FRISCO, TX – The Frisco Police Department would like to remind citizens that with Frisco schools starting back next week, the 20 mph school zone speed limits will return. In addition, beginning September 1st officers will also enforce a new state law that prohibits the use of hand held cell phones in all school zones throughout the city.
