Please, please, please. with all due respect.... I believe this thread has lost its true meaning. We can debate who is right and who is wrong, what the laws are and whom might choose to enforce them. BUT, I beg... instead of talking about what should have, would have, could have, please give both of these families your support and condolences, for the loss of a 3 yr old baby. Take a step back and know this child had a purpose.... maybe that you'll drive a little slower, take another route, or hug your child, wife, husband, brother or sister tonight harder, tighter, and with your soul than ever before. If we could all learn something from that brief little life, this world would be a much better, happier place.
