    DILLY CHEESE BREAD

    Ingredients
    3 cups biscuit mix
    1 1/2 cups (6 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1 tbs sugar
    1/2 tsp dried whole dillweed
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1 1/4 cups milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tbs vegetable oil


    Procedure
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Add remaining ingredients; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.

    Pour batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Cook at 350 Degree for 50 minutes or until bread is golden brown.

    Yield: 1 loaf.


    Makes 10-12 servings.
