400 acres isn't nearly big enough for something the likes of Disney.

Could be the right size for a Disney Land, but maybe not a Disney World.

Disney World sits on about 25,000 acres.

I heard a rumor of a Nebraska Furniture Mart, laugh, but it is a big deal in terms of sales tax

What was confirmed on Channel 11? The theme park or furniture store? LOL. How does a rumor go from theme park to furniture store? I just don't get it. I'm from CA and miss all the activities. I know it would be a mess with traffic, but Disneyland would make me cry. LOL!!
