New PCE neighbor to use parks, not building a park, and not subject to PID

As for the condition of the parks in PCE, they have steadily degraded in the 5 years I have lived here. I remember a post on the city board or maybe even a response from Parks to an email I had with excuses 4 years ago saying it was the drought. Drought, recession. . .whatever. Most the medians down Eldorado look like crap, are poorly trimmed, etc. I don't know if Stoneridge or the city maintains, but it is night and day when you cross over Custer and see Elodrado in McKinney.
