Frisco, TEXAS (May 13, 2011) –Frisco Square Development announces the opening of a new store in Frisco Square.  Under new ownership Dimples Cupcake Factory will open their doors for business Monday, May 16th with grand opening celebrations next month.

Mark Aguirre, former NBA all-star for the Dallas Mavericks, and Keith Fluellen, a prominent Frisco Real Estate Broker, are local business men and family friends who partnered to purchase the cupcake company from the former owners. In that transaction they also purchased the popular, original recipes. “I’ve tried other cupcake company’s products in recent months and they can’t compare to what we have. People we are talking to about this business are really excited that we are opening a store location,” Fluellen said.

Many of the former employees and bakers are joining their team to bring these famous cupcakes to Frisco Square. “Our new business will focus on excellent customer service, quality products, and of course having some fun too,” Aguirre said.  During a recent radio station interview, Aguirre was asked about the new Dimples Cupcake Factory and listeners across the DFW metroplex wrote e-mails and called the station with their enthusiasm.

“I’ve known Mark and Keith for several years and to have them open their store here is a positive business decision for Frisco Square,” said Jim Leslie, Managing Partner for Frisco Square Development.  “We are opening our new business to continue to support the family atmosphere that is so prevalent in this area,” Fluellen added. Mark and Keith have been friends since their children attended elementary school. They both love basketball and live in the Frisco community with their families.
