The danger: A shoulder strap slider buckle can break, posing a fall hazard to babies.
Description: This recall involves about 2,700 CYBEX 2.GO infant carriers (plus an additional 400 in Canada). "CYBEX" is embroidered on the fabric covering on the top of the head support. "2.GO" is printed on an orange tag near the head support. The items were sold in the following colors: chili, indigo, purple, and slate.
Sold at: Baby furniture and baby product stores nationwide, as well as various websites. The items were sold between August 2009 and April 2010, for about $100.
