Please note: Free tickets are required for entry to our children's programs. These are available in the library the day of programming on a first come, first serve basis.


Kids' Summer Reading Program
Thursday, June 4 - Sunday, August 2
Birth - 5th Grade

How it works:
Starting June 4th, pick up 1 reading log per child (Birth - 5th Grade)
Read and record 10 books
Return log July 6th - August 2nd for prizes

Tuesdays and Fridays
Toddlers (Ages 18 mos. - 3) - 10:00am, 10:30am, 11:00am, 11:30am
Preschoolers (Ages 3 and up) - 12:00pm, 12:30pm

Read to Rover
Second Saturdays
Independent Readers - 1st-5th Grade
3:00pm

On the second Saturday of every month, bring your favorite book or choose one from the library and read it to a Heart of Texas Therapy Dog! Doors will remain open at the end of the program so children of all ages can visit the dogs.
