The construction contractor has completed the necessary repairs to correct the drainage problem in the large dog area within Ruff Range. While it was originally anticipated that the large dog area would re-open on Saturday, October 15, this area will remain closed through the weekend as the turf continues to be too saturated. The small dog area will remain open and operational during this time.

We apologize for the inconvenience, as the park has been well attended since its recent opening. However, these repairs are necessary to ensure the long term upkeep of the facility.

Please call the Parks & Recreation Office at 972-292-6500 with any questions. Thank you for your patience.
