Collin County Animal Services and the Texas Coalition for Animal Protection are hosting a special clinic for male cats only. The "Neuter Scooter for a Nickel" event is Tuesday, Feb. 28, where the $25 purchase of a full set of vaccines for your male cat qualifies him to get neutered for an extra nickel. $25.05 and your male cat is fully vaccinated and neutered. The TCAP’s normal charge for neutering a cat is $35.

Call the TCAP at 940-566-5551 to get more information and your cat on the list. The offer applies to the first 100 cats. The Animal Shelter is located in north McKinney at 4750 Community Ave.
