The fast-casual eatery will anchor the 15,000-square-foot retail plaza.

FRISCO, TEXAS – Jan. 10, 2017 – HALL Group has announced today that Mississippi-based Newk’s Eatery will join HALL Park as the first retail tenant at Park Plaza, the 2.5 million-square-foot office park’s new 15,000-square-foot retail destination. Newk’s will occupy the 4,500-square-foot anchor space at the plaza and is slated to open in spring 2017. This will be Newk’s first franchise location in Frisco.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Newk’s to HALL Park and know their healthy, fast-casual menu items will be a great fit for the companies at the park,” said Kim Butler, Director of Leasing at HALL Group. “Park Plaza will be a daily destination for the park employees, and we look forward to filling it with more exciting restaurant concepts with Newk’s as its anchor.”

Newk’s has seen record growth over the past two years and great demand for their “next generation” fast-casual restaurants, known for their culinary-driven menu and open kitchens. They recently celebrated their 12th year in business and opened their first North Texas location in Plano in 2013. The eatery will complement the recent addition of Jamba Juice to HALL Park, another health-focused option available to tenants.

“Hall Park provides the kind of strong workforce and area demographics that should help Newk’s attract steady traffic throughout the week. Newk’s diverse menu offers something for everyone, and is varied enough to strongly encourage repeat traffic,” said Zoller, Senior Vice President at Weitzman Group.

“Newk’s Eatery is excited to be joining HALL Park, which we consider one of the crown jewels of the Dallas office market. We can’t wait for Frisco to experience Newk’s fresh and gourmet options for lunch, dinner and catering this spring,” said Andrea Cheek, operating partner at Newk’s Eatery.

HALL Park’s unique amenities and ability to accommodate its more than 190 tenants throughout 16 completed buildings distinguishes it from other developments in the Frisco/Far North Dallas market. HALL Park is currently completing a park-wide update, and the addition of the new Park Plaza retail destination is one of the many enhanced amenities at the park, with others including a 10,000-square-foot fitness facility, conference center, three miles of walking trails, wine lounge, outdoor, Wi-Fi enabled lakeside meeting and event spaces, and a 200-piece art collection.

HALL Group broke ground on the 17th building at HALL Park in September 2016, which will contain 300,000 square feet and 12 stories, Frisco’s tallest office building to-date. It will be completed this December.
