(Frisco, TX) Jim Breitenfeld, an Associate of the Office and Industrial Division for Henry S. Miller Brokerage, represented Pepperfry, LLC of Frisco, TX, dba Red Hot Chilli Pepper, in the lease of 4,100 square feet of space at The Market at Preston Ridge in Frisco. Red Hot Chilli Pepper is an Asian style restaurant specializing in Southeast Asian / Indo Chinese cuisine.

This is Red Hot Chilli Pepper’s first franchise expansion into Texas. Other locations include Calcutta, India and San Francisco, CA with two more opening soon in Chicago, IL and Columbus, OH. Jim Breitenfeld, an Associate of the Office and Industrial Division for Henry S.
